Yes! All our gold jewellery is made from 14 carat gold.
The only thing that isn't made of 100% 14 carat gold, is the thread used for our beaded necklaces and bracelets. In order to offer the highest quality possible, we have come to the decision to use a stronger material thread, covered in a layer of 14 carat gold. The clasps and all pieces that will touch the skin are made completely from 14 carat gold.

Online, you can pay via IDEAL, SOFORT Banking, Belfius Direct Net, KBC/CBC Payment, PayPal, and Bancontact. You can also pay using the following credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. In our stores, you can pay cash and by pin. Unfortunately, we don’t accept credit cards here.
Yes, it is finally possible to combine multiple giftcard codes at check out! This is a new update, so it is possible that it isn't working flawlessly yet. If you are having problems when using more than one giftcard code, please continue with your order using one of your giftcard codes. After finishing the order, please send us an e-mail with your order number and the unused giftcard code(s). We'll refund you the money from the giftcard within 14 days!
Yes, it is finally possible to combine a gift card and a discount code at check out! If you are for some reason having problems using two different codes, please use the discount code to check out. If you send us an e-mail with your order number and your gift card code, we will refund the money from the gift card within 14 days.
No, it isn't possible to combine multiple discount codes, unless specified otherwise.
Ahh, that's a bummer! It is possible that somebody purchased this product just before you did, and this is why it is now sold out. It is good to keep in mind that products in your shopping cart are not reserved for you. Unfortunately, we can’t say with certainty whether a product will be restocked. However, it is possible to sign up for a back-in-stock notification at the product page, so you won't miss it when we have restocked it! Shipping
All webshop orders are processed out of our store in The Hague. All products (except for our 14 carat gold collection and our handmade products, which are made to order) are sold from stock and packed with love by our own office fairies.
This is unfortunately not possible at the moment. Have you fallen in love with something on our website? As long as it is in stock on our website, we can get it for you! Want to make sure that it won't be sold out when you get to our store? Feel free to send us an e-mail and we can reserve it for you.
Shipping can take up to a maximum of 7 working days in The Netherlands and Belgium.
We estimate the following shipping times for the below-mentioned countries:
Germany and Denmark: 7 days
Switzerland and France: 8 days.
Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Austria and Italy: 9 days
Greece and Finland: 10 days
USA & Canada: 13 days
New Zealand: 15 days
Australia and Norway: 16 days
Israel: 18 days

That’s a bummer, but absolutely no disaster if you inform us immediately. Send an email with the right address and your order number to klantenservice@wiezewasjes.nl As long as we haven’t shipped your order, we can still change the shipping address (If your package has been shipped already, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.)
How annoying! Are you sure that your address is right and that it hasn’t accidentally ended up at the neighbours’? If you have't received your package after a couple of days, please contact us at klantenservice@wiezewasjes.nl with your order number and address, so we can have a look for you!
E-mail gift cards are not sent out automatically. They are made manually and mailed out on working days (Monday-Friday). It can take up to two days to receive the gift card via e-mail. Do you need the gift card sooner? Feel free to send us an e-mail, so we can try our best to send it out faster.
Wiezewasjes is the store full of gifts to yourself! We wrap all orders in a recycled paper bag with a Wiezewasjes sticker. Do you want to make your order extra festive? You can add a Wiezewasjes gift box or a Wiezewasjes gift pouch to your order, so we can package the products in this!
We also sell unique postcards to complete your order!
Returns
Exchanging products is only possible in our store in The Hague! Do you want to exchange an online order in our store? Don't forget to bring the invoice with you. Exchanging in the store is possible within 14 days.
Unfortunately it isn't possible to exchange a product through our webshop. However, you can always return your products. Returns can be done within 14 days, the products should be unworn and still have all possible tags attached.
Mind you: Personalised items like the Create Your Own collection are not allowed to be returned. For more information about returns, make sure to check out our return policy.

You will receive an email from us once we have received and processed your returns. After this, you can expect your refund in the bank account you used for your purchase within 14 days.
If you have received a free gift with your order and you want to return your entire order, we ask you to also return the gift. If you want to return your entire order, but want keep the gift, we will deduct the price of the gift from the refund of the returned products.
Warranty

There is a three-month warranty on your purchase. Did something happen to your favourite within this period? Send us an email with a picture and your order number, and we can help you find a solution.
There is no warranty on the separate gemstones that we sell. If it turns out there is something wrong with your gemstone upon receiving it, please let us know immediately! Please keep in mind that gemstones are natural products and can include scratches or cracks. The colour and shape of our loose gemstones may differ from the photos.
